1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 bussines day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates - DOMESTIC ONLY

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors, such as customs processing for international orders.

STANDARD FREE SHIPPING with tracking number when you spend over AU$150

If you purchase is above AU$150 and you require an Express shipping, you will be required to pay the difference for the express service. In this case, please contact the us via email: matriastudio@gmail.com or matria.aus@gmail.com

 

3. Domestic Shipping

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate, as we cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed. Shipping all over Australia.

We use Sendle as shipping service. This is a registered B Corp and Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service.

4. International Shipping:

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate, as we cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed.

Orders are shipped within one business day after purchase.

Provided estimated international shipping times may vary:

  • New Zealand: 4-11 business days - $11 AUD 
  • Singapore: 10-20 business days - $15 AUD 

  • EU: 5-20 business days - $19 AUD 

  • USA: 10-20 business days - $16 AUD 

  • Canada: 10-20 business days - $18 AUD 

  • UK: 5-18 business days - $16 AUD 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Supply chain disruptions.
  • Issues with the courier.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at matria.aus@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
  • For damaged items, please email us with photos of the damage and your order number.

8. Address Changes

We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once the order has been processed. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
